The Nest app lets you hear and talk to visitors loud and clear. The camera shows everything in detail during the day and at night: people from head to toe or a package on the floor. If you have a Nest Aware subscription, it can even tell you if it’s someone you know (or not). And because the Nest Hello is connected to the mains, it streams day and night and you can always check how things are going at home.
Talk and listen in HD
The Nest app lets you hear and talk to visitors loud and clear. Or use “quick responses.” You then choose one of the pre-recorded responses in the app and let Nest Hello do the talking for you.

With HDR and Night Vision, Nest Hello delivers crisp, clear images day and night. He shows you everything: people from head to toe or packages on the floor.
Live video images day and night
At any time, view the live video or an overview of snapshots from the last three hours to see what you missed.
Quiet time
Turn off the bell via the Nest app and prevent your baby from waking up or the dog from barking. You will still receive notifications on your phone.

At 1600 x 1200 resolution, Nest Hello uses 150GB to 600GB of upload bandwidth per month, depending on the video quality setting.
